Is there a minimum order?

There is a 21 ln.ft minimum for the borders and 100 sq.ft for parquet. Border corners are not sold separately. There is no minimum order for medallions.

How soon can I receive my order?

Stock items will be shipped within the next business day after order acceptance and payment is cleared.

Typical lead time to produce a new medallion, border or parquet is three to five weeks from the time of confirmed order to shipping. Some orders can be processed sooner, while others may take a little longer.? We will let you know the estimated lead time for your order.

All delivery dates are estimates. We recommend that you do not book installation until you receive your product.

What is the cost of shipping?

Typical S/H fee for 40" and 48" wood medallion is $85 in U.S. lower 48 states

For large parquet quantities and medallions 60" and over, USA Inlays is using LTL carriers. All shipping is fully insured and trackable. Typical cost of shipping for the 60" and larger medallions is $250-$350. Large medallions are packed in the specially built wood crates to protect them during the transportation.

All items are insured for the entire purchase amount. The signature is required for the delivery.

Residential service is considered "curbside delivery." Meaning the truck will only go to the end of your driveway. Lift Gate service and inside delivery may be requested for an additional charge.
